椒鹽九肚魚

早兩日有單新聞,將軍澳某酒樓因為炸椒鹽九肚魚搞到火燭,相信師傅的手勢必定火力十足矣!

提起此道美食,相信十個有七個麻甩佬都會欣賞,正如女人愛甜點,麻甩佬就偏愛椒鹽炸物,什麼椒鹽瀨尿蝦;九肚魚均是送酒恩物。現在於酒樓或大牌檔吃到的椒鹽九肚魚,全是把魚沾上粉再炸,不過多年前小弟隨舅父赴澳門探外公(因為外公貪平,去澳門鏡湖割膽石),在松山一間酒廊嚐到fusion 版椒鹽九肚魚,以馬介休球做法,把九肚魚肉打爛,加上薯蓉,再以馬介休調味,沾粉後炸成球,入口質感綿密,暗嘆是上等的美味!

走筆至此,想到若真如蔡x所言,把fusion 廚師統統拉去打靶,世上便至少失去一道精緻版椒鹽九肚魚吧!

  1. 多謝公園仔兄的補充,不過差既fusion菜就真係食到火滾既,當年近銅鑼灣利園,便有一間非常亂來矣!

    椒鹽九肚魚貓貓都喜歡食, 可惜食完喉部一定出問題, 有甚麼方法可解決喉嚨痛?
